We are all navigating the pressures of how we’re supposed to look, what we’re supposed to eat, and the way we should show up in our lives.
Join with like-minded people who are ready to push back against the “shoulds” that keep us stuck in pursuing “enoughness”.
You ARE enough, but sometimes that voice just won’t let you believe it.
Through talks and interactive exercises we will:
- become more aware of our inner critics’ voice
- identity our limiting beliefs
- learn tools to tame the inner critic
- cultivate your own voice
- develop the capacity to have your own back
- figure out how to pursue our goals from a place of self empowerment
Life After Diets co-hosts Sarah Dosanjh and Stefanie Michele are building a community of people who are rejecting diet culture and making peace with food and their bodies. This event is an opportunity to connect with others in a more interactive and intimate setting.
Together we can do what we struggle to do alone.
